Milestone Scientific to Host 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 5, 2008 in New York City

LIVINGSTON, N.J., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Milestone Scientific Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MLSS), the recognized leader in advanced injection technologies, today announced that it will host its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 5, 2008 beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at the law offices of Brown, Rudnick, Berlack and Israels, located at 7 Times Square in New York City.

Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2008 will vote on the election of directors; the ratification of the appointment of Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP as Milestone's independent auditors for the current year; and any such business as may legally come before the meeting. A notice of the meeting, along with related proxy materials, were mailed to Milestone's shareholders of record on or about May 1, 2008.
