Michigan Life Science Network: Virtual Companies Get Global Reception
Date:10/15/2007

Comerica Bank.

"Within 12 hours of the launch announcement we were contacted by a Chinese company asking how we can help them commercialize a pharmaceutical product for the American market. We continue to have inquiries about how soon we can bring our services to the marketplace from Europe and Asia, as well as life science powerhouses like New York, California and Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. This response shows we need to move even faster to take advantage of the opportunities for new business in Michigan. We originally were thinking of taking the Virtual Companies to market in April. We might want to rethink that now," said Debiak.
