MedicareCRM(TM) to Speak at IIR Medicare Advantage Congress
Date:1/11/2008

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Institute for International Research (IIR) has selected Founders Ron Oritz and Patrick Phillips to lead a workshop on actual case studies about ways Medicare Advantage plans can increase compliance using a Web-based integration of operations, achieving new levels of cost-effective operational efficiencies. The workshop will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at the 5th annual Medicare Advantage Congress in Scottsdale, Ariz. For registration information, visit MedicareCRM.com.

Premier Market Connections specializes in technology for the health care industry, with offices in Pittsburg, Penn., and as of last month, Portland, Ore. Founders Ortiz and Phillips have developed a solution to the Medicare Advantage plan's internal struggle for both compliance and the bottom-line: MedicareCRM(TM).

MedicareCRM(TM) is designed specifically for Medicare Advantage plans with user-friendly Web-based windows that:

-- Ensure all sales contact points are CMS compliant

-- Monitor lead status and progression

-- Same-day Medicare literature fulfillment

-- Enable monitoring of marketing campaigns

-- Nurture retention through member education

-- Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance alerts

Before Ron Ortiz co-founded MedicareCRM(TM), he was a managed care senior executive and nationally known consultant to several well known managed care health plans. Fellow co-founder Patrick Phillips' tenure in healthcare informatics has been dedicated to developing process improvement strategies that have set the standard for HIPAA compliant management of protected health information. Craig Hayden, Director, Medicare Sales, Capital District Physicians Health Plan, will present alongside Ortiz and Phillips.
