Medbox, Inc. Initiates "Responsible Consumption" Campaign for Marijuana in Recreational States

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Feb. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Medbox, Inc. (OTC Markets: MDBX) (www.medboxinc.com), announced that they have initiated a program through their public education division that will engage in an informational campaign featuring printed literature to be distributed to future retail marijuana establishments as well as online support services through a website. The theme of the informational literature and website will be a "responsible consumption" campaign that Medbox believes is a necessary educational component in the post-prohibition marijuana era in the states of Colorado and Washington. As mentioned in a prior press release, the entity will also offer free expertise to newly adopted recreational marijuana states on how to create systems, procedures, and regulations that provide the utmost in legal compliance, accountability and transparency.

"Now that some states have chosen to view marijuana as they would alcohol, the correct plan of action needs to evolve around understanding the plant and educating the public about the positive and negative effects while under the influence of the drug," stated Vincent Mehdizadeh , Founder and Senior Consultant at Medbox, Inc. "Whether you are for or against the recreational use of marijuana, the reality is that the voters in two states have spoken and systems to control and tax the drug, like the products Medbox offers, are more relevant than ever before.
