MKM Partners Hires Biotechnology/Specialty Pharmaceuticals Analyst

STAMFORD, Conn., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MKM Partners today announced that Jon LeCroy, M.D., has joined as a Managing Director in its Equity Research department to cover biotechnology and specialty pharmaceuticals companies, inaugurating MKM's research expansion into the healthcare sector.

Dr. LeCroy covered the same sector at Hapoalim Securities USA most recently and at Natixis Bleichroeder and Goldman Sachs before that. He ranked #5 in this year's Wall Street Journal Best on the Street poll in Biotechnology. Dr. LeCroy holds an MBA from Boston University's Graduate School of Management, an M.D. from University of South Florida College of Medicine and a B.S. in biology from Wake Forest University. He will be based in MKM's Stamford headquarters.
