CORAL GABLES, Fla., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MBF Healthcare Acquisition Corp. (Amex: MBH), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, announced today that it and Critical Homecare Solutions Holdings, Inc. ("CHS"), a privately-owned, leading provider of comprehensive home infusion therapy and specialty infusion services, are scheduled to present on Monday, May 5, 2008 at the 33rd Annual Deutsche Bank Healthcare Conference in Boston, MA. On February 6, 2008, MBH signed a definitive stock purchase agreement with CHS. Presenting at the conference from CHS will be Bob Cucuel, President and Chief Executive Officer, and MJ Graves, Chief Financial Officer.
