AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Luminex Corporation (Nasdaq: LMNX) today announced that management will present at the ThinkEquity Partners Fifth Annual Growth Conference to be held September 17-20, 2007, at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco.

The investor presentation by Patrick J. Balthrop, president and chief executive officer, will begin at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time; 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, September 18, 2007.
