Date:2/5/2008

WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Linc Facility Services(R), LLC and its family of companies today announced it has acquired Morse Medical, Inc., the largest independent clinical technology maintenance and management service organization in the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition is part of an aggressive growth strategy by Linc to strengthen its healthcare service portfolio, and accelerate the expansion of its geographic footprint.

Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, Morse Medical has 10 service centers across the Puget Sound. Its comprehensive services span everything from basic field service for physician offices to complete turnkey solutions for hospital and health care systems. The company's founder and president, Wayne Morse, brings more than 35 years experience to the company and is one of only 15 people nationwide named as Fellows in the American College of Clinical Engineering (ACCE).

"Morse Medical's talented executives and team of employees have built a company with a long-standing reputation for innovation and quality service that fits perfectly into our operation," said Phil Rogers, president of Linc Facility Services. "Their complementary capabilities will add yet another layer of expertise and leadership to our existing Technology in Medicine healthcare practice. And, the transaction will broaden our reach on the West Coast, as well as expand the range of medical equipment services we offer medical facilities."

Morse Medical will merge into Technology in Medicine, LLC, but will continue to do business as Morse Medical. The company will be branded as "A Linc Facility Services Company" and become an integral part of the commercial division.

"Morse Medical brings exceptional commitment to detail and customer satisfaction that complements Linc's world-class business infrastructure and quality management," said Wayne Morse, founder and president of Morse Medical. "Together, we can take our service offerings to the next
