Today, employees are performing more than 15,000 hours of community service at 48 sites in 26 countries.

Last year, Life Technologies launched the 'Giving back at LIFE' initiative, an employee year-round volunteer program aimed at helping facilitate community service participation among Life Technologies' workforce, ultimately volunteering for more than 37,000 hours of community service outside of the company's corporate programs.
