Jones brings more than 20 years of sales-and-management expertise to Liberty. Her background is primarily in sales and sales-management with special emphasis on human resources, customer service and managed business solutions. Jones experience includes background and drug services. She works closely with the payroll and human resource industries.

Jones is a member-in-good-standing of the Dallas Human Resources Organization and the Society of Human Resource Managers, where she works to build industry standards for background screening.
