LABS, Inc. Earns AABB Accreditation for Donor Testing

CENTENNIAL, Colo., Jan. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- LABS, Inc., a global, full-service testing laboratory with more than 30 years of expertise in regulated testing for human organs, cells, tissues and implantable biologic products and devices, today announced that it has been granted AABB Accreditation for donor testing. The voluntary accreditation program contributes to the quality and safety of collecting, processing, testing, distributing and administering blood and cellular therapy products.

LABS' accreditation follows an intensive on-site assessment by specially trained AABB assessors that established that the level of technical and administrative performance within the facility met or exceeded the standards set by AABB.
