Kiwa Bio-Tech Passes Test & Taking Orders From Beijing Lv Fu Long Vegetable Company

BEIJING and CLAREMONT, Calif., May 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: KWBT) announced that based on results of testing of Kiwa's bio-fertilizer product, Beijing Lv Fu Long Vegetable Company will start placing orders for Kiwa Shandong's products in June.

Beijing Yanqing County Planting Industry Service Centre (Beijing Olympic Vegetable Base Management Centre) has completed and issued a formal report on the results of experimentation with Kiwa's bio-fertilizer product - "Di Fu Kang." The experiment report states that Beijing Lv Fu Long Vegetable Company ("Lv Fu Long") has applied Kiwa Bio-Tech Products (Shandong) Co., Ltd.'s ("Kiwa Shandong") bio-fertilizer product, "Di Fu Kang," on to cucumbers in its Yanqing-based greenhouses. The results of the experiment indicated that Di Fu Kang:
-- Has distinct controlling effect on Gray Mould Blight of cucumber fruits.

-- Is capable of increasing the number of cucumber seeds per fruit, and

-- Substantially increases production - by more than 20%.
