K-V Pharmaceutical Company Engages BDO USA, LLP as Independent Registered Accountants

York Stock Exchange, including with respect to minimum share price and public float, could result in delisting of our shares on the New York Stock Exchange, which would harm the market price of the Company's Class A common stock and Class B common stock;
