ConsentSolutions, Inc., a provider of electronic informed consent software for clinical research trials has named Jovianna DiCarlo President & Chief Executive Officer. Jovianna DiCarlo brings over 20 years experience driving new pharmaceutical therapeutics and devices through the entire development process from conceptualization, feasibility assessment, through clinical development to commercialization.

Frederick, MD (PRWEB) March 30, 2009 -- ConsentSolutions, Inc., a provider of electronic informed consent software for clinical research trials has named Jovianna DiCarlo President & Chief Executive Officer. Jovianna DiCarlo brings over 20 years experience driving new pharmaceutical therapeutics and devices through the entire development process from conceptualization, feasibility assessment, through clinical development to commercialization.

Ms. DiCarlo most recently served as the Dermatology Clinical Development Manager for NitricBio Therapeutics, Inc., an early stage biotechnology company where she led dermatology product development, and topical infectious disease drug/device development, and clinical trial programs all of which she managed through the identification and implementation of a customized platform of electronic clinical trial management applications.

Additionally, Ms. DiCarlo has utilized her extensive operational technology & regulatory expertise to combine intelligent electronic technology systems integration to develop and map operational and workflow processes to successfully support the launch several full service eCRO's, eIRB's, eSMO's, eResearch consortiums, and dedicated clinical research sites.
