Johnson & Johnson Announces Regulatory Clearance for Its Planned Acquisition of Cougar Biotechnology

Johnson & Johnson has filed a tender offer statement with the SEC, and has mailed an offer to purchase, forms of letter of transmittal and related documents to Cougar Biotechnology shareholders.
