Inverness Medical Innovations to Participate at JP Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 8, 2008

WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. (Amex: IMA), a leading manufacturer and marketer of rapid diagnostic products for the consumer and professional markets, announced today that it will attend the upcoming JP Morgan Healthcare Conference being held January 7 through 10, 2008 at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. Ron Zwanziger, Chief Executive Officer, and Jon Russell, Vice President, Finance, will attend. Mr. Zwanziger's presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 1:30 p.m., and will be made available to the public through a webcast accessible through the company's website at http://www.invmed.com/investors.cfm and through JPMorgan's website at https://events.jpmorgan.com. A replay of the webcast will be available via the links above for approximately 3 months from the date of the webcast.
