Today the company is headquartered in a dynamic 20,000 sq. ft. modern facility, employs nearly sixty full-time professionals and services more than 500 regulated businesses throughout the country.
“When I started this business, life-science companies had little choice but to call the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEMs) or multiple service providers to calibrate and service the manufacturing and packaging equipment, analytical instrumentation and tools used by their employees. I realized it wasn't cost effective to contact dozens of companies to service equipment,” said Joseph Uricchio, Founder and President of Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. “So, we founded this company on the idea of providing businesses with a single source solution for all their equipment calibration and maintenance needs.”
In 15 years, the Company has expanded from its core business base of servicing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to a roster of regulated businesses such as cosmetics, food and beverage and nutraceuticals. Along the way, they have earned the registrations necessary to service these industries including ISO 9001:2008 and ISO A2LA 17025.
