Informed Medical Communications Appoints Charles T. Saldarini to Board of Directors
Date:11/12/2007

NEW YORK, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Informed Medical Communications (IMC), one of the nation's premier interactive medical information service companies, today named Charles T. Saldarini to its Board of Directors. The announcement was issued by IMC CEO, Steven K. Budd, from the company's headquarters in New York City.

Mr. Saldarini brings to IMC an extensive history of entrepreneurial innovation in the area of healthcare services, most recently as a driving force behind New Jersey-based PDI, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions to the biopharmaceutical industry. During his 18-year tenure with the company, Mr. Saldarini played a central role in establishing PDI as one of the healthcare industry's most respected service companies.

Speaking on behalf of IMC, Mr. Budd said "we are thrilled to be gaining the insights and experience of such an accomplished and well-respected executive." The CEO added that today's appointment coincides with a recent expansion of IMC's client base and a renewed focus on growing the company's service lines. "The timing is excellent," Mr. Budd noted, "for us to benefit from Chuck's experience in aggressively executing business plans while delivering meaningful innovation to clients."

Mr. Saldarini pointed to the stellar reputation of IMC's two main divisions, The Peer Group and HealthTalk, and said that he was looking forward to working with Mr. Budd once again and to helping guide IMC through its next phase of development. "I have worked closely with Steve for many years," Saldarini said, "and have the utmost confidence in his abilities to deliver great value to both clients and shareholders."
