Impact Systems Announces Completion of Successful Enterprise Content Migrations to Documentum 6

Impact Systems announces their team of migration specialists has completed their first successful content migrations to the EMC Documentum 6 (D6) platform. Migrations were completed for a global chemical manufacturing company and a multinational biotechnology company.

In May, Impact Systems completed content migrations to Documentum 6 for a global chemical manufacturing company and a multinational biotechnology company. In both cases, the companies were using Documentum version 5.2.5, and wanted to take advantage of the latest Documentum features and out-of-the-box configurations available with D6 as they looked to uphold their respective industry compliance best practices and make simultaneous hardware, database and overall content management enhancements across their enterprise.

The companies engaged Impact Systems in recognition of Impact's enterprise content management expertise, proven capabilities executing complex migration projects, and extensive experience in regulated industries.

In both cases, Impact Systems utilized a repeatable migration process and A-C-E™ Implementation Methodology.
