Human Genome Sciences to Sponsor Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter 2008 Financial Results

ROCKVILLE, Md., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Human Genome Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: HGSI) today announced that it will sponsor a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. These results are expected to be disclosed on Monday, May 5, 2008, after the capital markets close.

The conference call will be hosted by senior management and will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Investors may listen to the call by dialing (913) 312-1467 or (888) 684-1277 passcode 5043586, five to 10 minutes before the start of the call.
