Healthcare Technologies Ltd. Announces the Change of its' Name to "NexGen Biofuels Ltd"

NEW YORK, January 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Healthcare Technologies Ltd., (NASDAQ: HCTL) (the "Company") today announced that the Israeli Registrar has approved the change of its' name to NexGen Biofuels Ltd.

The Company changed its name to more clearly reflect its new business, which is to pursue alternative and renewable fuel sources and to produce such fuel through the acquisition of existing production facilities and/or through the building of new production facilities.
