Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida (PRWEB) November 11, 2013

HealthEconomics.Com, the global authority on pharmaceutical market access and health outcomes, for the 6th time overall, and the 4th time this year, was recognized as a top industry meeting influencer based on tweets during the November, 2013 International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) 16th Annual European Congress in Dublin, Ireland. The title of Top Influencer is awarded based on number of impressions as well as the volume of tweets containing the hashtag for the ISPOR Meeting (#ISPORDublin), and analysis of each tweet’s reach, as recorded by Symplur.Com Healthcare Hashtag Project. Previously this year, HealthEconomics.Com has been recognized as Top Influencer for the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy Annual Meeting and Expo, the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy meeting, and the ISPOR North American Meeting. Last year, HealthEconomics.Com was Top Influencer for ISPOR’s European Meeting in Berlin, Germany as well as the North American meeting in Washington, DC.

Among the more than 200 organizations and individuals tweeting from the ISPOR European Congress, HealthEconomics.Com (@www_healthecon) had the greatest reach via Twitter, garnering more than 211,000 impressions worldwide (twice the reach of the 2nd-ranked organization, Quintiles, with 122,000 impressions). HealthEconomics.Com provided live updates to followers within pharmaceutical pricing, health technology assessment, and health economics areas on topics including personalized medicine, pharma pricing risk-sharing arrangements, multi-criteria decision analysis, and market access.
