Date:2/23/2009

o expand our strategic partnership with Can-Med beyond our current operations in Turkey where I have personally witnessed the success of the pay-per-use model introduced by Can-Med for our CytoCare robot during the recent "go-live" at Ankara Oncology Hospital and endorsed on national television by the Turkish Minister of Health by encouraging Turkish hospitals to adopt our technology."

"We continue to witness Health Robotics' global dominance in the area of non-hazardous IV Admixtures by logging in excess of 900 purchase orders for i.v.STATION within 8 months of its announcement, more than 30 times the total 10+ year sales volume of all our competitor's non-hazardous I.V. Robots combined. Especially on this tough global economic climate, the creativity that Can-Med has exhibited with its pay-per-use model has been demonstrated to yield unprecedented results for our business by eliminating the capital expenditures that hospitals face when torn between the demonstrated benefits of our robots and the difficult economic times we live in nowadays," stated Werner Rainer, CEO of Health Robotics.
