Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (HDL, Inc.) Receives the Virginia Bioscience Company of the Year Award

RICHMOND, Va., May 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (HDL, Inc.),, a CAP accredited leader in health management, has received the Virginia Bioscience Company of the Year Award by the Virginia Biotechnology Association (VABIO). The award was designed to recognize the biotech or device company that best exemplifies the spirit of the Virginia life sciences community as well as its success and leadership in Virginia.

Herzog, Executive Director of the Virginia Biotechnology Association, presented The Virginia Bioscience Company of the Year Award to HDL, Inc. on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at a special reception, titled Jobs and Innovation in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Sector of Virginia, at the Pfizer research facility in Richmond. The 2011 Virginia Bioscience Company of the Year Award, presented by the Virginia Biotechnology Association, was sponsored by the law firm Cooley LLP and Pharmaceutical Researchers and Manufacturers of America.
