Der probiotische Nutzen dieser Produkte mit Angaben wie "Probiotisch zum Wohle der Gesundheit und/oder mit gesundheitsförderndem Nutzen" oder "Probiotisch für eine natürlich gesunde Darmflora" wurde bereits von der kanadischen Gesundheitsbehörde anerkannt.

Die Realisierung der Zulassung dieser für spezifische Bedürfnisse geltenden Angaben ermöglicht dem Endverbraucher, den angestrebten gesundheitlichen Nutzen der probiotischen Rezepturen von Lallemand zu verstehen.
