Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, this highly qualified eye surgery expert is active in professional organization including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Cornea Society, and the Eye Bank Association of America. Locally, Dr. Olkowski is a member of the Hawaii Lions Eye Bank where he serves as an associate director and the Hawaii Ophthalmological Society.
