Dr. Olkowski offers not just LASIK and PRK (laser eye surgery procedures), but other procedures like RLE/CLE (lens implants), conductive keratoplasty, phakic implants, limbal relaxing incisions, cataract lens implants, and corneal transplants eye surgery to give patients a full range of options when it comes to choosing the procedure that best meets their particular vision needs.

Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, this highly qualified eye surgery expert is active in professional organization including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Cornea Society, and the Eye Bank Association of America. Locally, Dr. Olkowski is a member of the Hawaii Lions Eye Bank where he serves as an associate director and the Hawaii Ophthalmological Society.
