Date:3/1/2011

BRIDGEWATER, N.J., March 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Health Media (AHM), the leading supplier of technology solutions for compliant pharmaceutical meetings and speaker programs, today announced that Greg Miller, AHM's Executive Vice President and CIO, has been honored by the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) as the recipient of the 2011 CIO of the Year award.  The NJTC CIO of the Year award recognizes Information Technology (IT) executives' innovation and creativity in planning and deploying enterprise systems, leadership and management philosophy and service to the industry and community.

Miller was recognized at the 2011 CIO Conference held in New Brunswick, New Jersey on February 25, 2011.  The conference is one of the premier CIO events in New Jersey, bringing together IT leaders from across the state and nation. This year's event featured a keynote speech by Robin Bienfait, CIO, Research in Motion (RIM).

"We are very proud that Greg has been recognized for his achievements by the New Jersey Technology Council," said Jeff Brady, President and CEO of AHM.  "Greg is an outstanding business partner within AHM and to our clients. His leadership and creativity have played an important role in our company's success. The innovative products developed by our Information Technology organization have been a key factor in AHM's achievement of our market leadership position."

"I am truly honored to receive this award," said Miller. "While I am the person being recognized, this is really an acknowledgment of an outstanding team effort that our entire IT organization can be proud of."

This award complements both the 2009 and 2010 InformationWeek 500 award, and the 2006 CIO 100 award, which AHM received under Miller's leadership. These prior awards recognize companies whose innovative and effective use of technology created business value.
