Genuine Bio-Fuel Inc. Expands Operations to Puerto Rico
Date:12/12/2012

Indiantown, FL (PRWEB) December 12, 2012

Genuine Bio-Fuel Inc. (GBF), headquartered in Indiantown, Florida expands its operations to the northeastern Caribbean region with the development of new subsidiary Caribbean Bio-Fuel, Inc. (CBF). The new company will be based in Puerto Rico and service Caribbean and South American markets.

These emerging markets will be able to capitalize on GBF’s proprietary technology, which allows it to reduce the biodiesel production time from hours to mere seconds — without creating any hazardous by-products in the process. Executive Vice President Jeff Longo noted the Caribbean Bio-Fuel plant would have the capacity to produce about twelve million gallons of biodiesel per year.

The new 35,000 square foot facility is slated to open March 2013 and will employ approximately twelve to eighteen people at launch. The raw materials and multi-feedstocks will come from Puerto Rico and surrounding islands. Executive Vice President Jeff Longo expressed, “This is an exciting time for Genuine Bio-Fuel. This expansion will allows us to be a global competitor in the alternative energy industry, but our mission will ultimately remain the same. With Caribbean Bio-Fuel we strive to build an environmentally responsible facility, create jobs, and help spur economic growth in this region.” Longo also looks forward to developing other co-products unique to this region.
