Gen-Probe to Webcast Presentation at the UBS Global Life Sciences Conference

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gen-Probe Incorporated (Nasdaq: GPRO) announced today that the Company will present at the UBS Global Life Sciences Conference on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at noon Eastern Time. The presentation is scheduled to be webcast live and may be accessed through a link on the investors section of Gen-Probe's website at http://www.gen-probe.com. The webcast will be available for 30 days following the event.
