Gen-Probe Launches Cash Tender Offer to Acquire Belgian Molecular Diagnostics Company Innogenetics

Webcast Conference Call

Gen-Probe will discuss the proposed acquisition with analysts and investors on a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time today.
