BASINGSTOKE, England and PHILADELPHIA, February 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Shire plc (LSE: SHP)(NASDAQ: SHPGY)(TSX: SHQ), the global specialty biopharmaceutical company, will announce full year 2007 earnings on Thursday 21 February 2008.
