Fortune 500 Company Contracts with Wireless Analytics to Extend Wireless Expense Management & Mobility Management Services Internationally

Wireless Analytics, LLC, a pioneer of wireless mobility management services to the enterprise, today announced their agreement to provide full lifecycle mobility management services for the international divisions of a Fortune 500 company in the scientific product and service industry. Wireless Analytics has been providing the client (which has requested the company name not be released) with mobility management services in North America since 2004.

“Our lifecycle mobility management tools have been re-designed over the years with global mobility support in mind,” said Wireless Analytics CEO Erik Eames. “Mobile carriers in the rest of the world operate much differently than US carriers in terms of device procurement, tariffs, and billing formats. That complexity, along with the differing privacy regulations among European Union countries, can make centrally managing enterprise mobility very challenging for global companies. Our services simplify managing mobility, even globally.”

Wireless Analytics achieved Safe Harbor certification last year, and has recently revamped their proprietary tools to accommodate global mobility nuances. In addition, Wireless Analytics is partnering with a European software provider to deliver even greater local visibility and reporting.

The sciences company’s international divisions will use Wireless Analytics’ CLEAN Platform™ (Carrier Lifecycle Expense Analytics) to increase visibility into wireless usage and spending across the entire enterprise. Included in the CLEAN Platform™ are monthly reports of wireless voice and data usage, which have helped managers and wireless users to monitor their wireless spend and eliminate waste. To simplify mobility support for the thousands of European employees, the company will also expand its use of Wireless Analytics’ award-w
