ExakTime Introduces AccountLinx Plus
Date:6/18/2013

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 18, 2013 (PRWEB) June 18, 2013

ExakTime, manufacturer of construction’s #1 time and attendance system in North America, has introduced AccountLinx Plus, a data transfer software that shares employee data and payroll records between ExakTime’s software and industry-leading payroll applications.

AccountLinx Plus automates ExakTime software setup and keeps employee databases up-to-date in two applications. The software imports employee data from a business’ current payroll software, directly into ExakTime’s time and attendance software, TimeSummit - eliminating all manual data entry during ExakTime system setup and maintenance.

The process is user-friendly. It’s as simple as mapping fields from one application to the other and clicking import. The transfer is complete in just a few seconds, and businesses can start using The ExakTime System shortly thereafter.

On the backend, AccountLinx Plus exports TimeSummit’s real-time data - employee hours, cost codes, locations, equipment and more - back into the original payroll application, providing 100% accurate, digital time records for payroll.

Users simply select a date range and number of employees within TimeSummit and click export. The export takes seconds and eliminates double data entry and potential errors for payroll administrators.

“AccountLinx Plus helps payroll administrators automate attendance processing and ensures accurate payroll records for business owners,” said Tony Pappas, ExakTime’s CEO. “Businesses will save thousands in payroll, and administrators can process payroll with the same application they’ve always used, minimizing their learning curve during the implementation period.”

AccountLinx Plus supports the most-used payroll applications in construction, including Microsoft Dynami
