Environmental Tectonics Corporation's BioMedical Division to Exhibit at Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society Meeting
Date:6/23/2009

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Environmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCC) ("ETC" or the "Company") today announced that their BioMedical Division will be exhibiting at the upcoming Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) Meeting. UHMS is an international, non-profit organization and is the primary source of scientific information for diving and hyperbaric medicine physiology worldwide.

The 2009 Annual UHMS meeting will be held June 25-27 in Las Vegas, NV, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The UHMS meeting is designed to be a forum for exchange of ideas in undersea and hyperbaric medicine, both scientific and practical, among physicians, researchers and other allied health professionals.

ETC manufacturers the BARA-MED(R) and BARA-MED(R) XD, the industry's most technically advanced hyperbaric chamber. These chambers include a 4th generation Windows(R) based operating systems which controls and records chamber activity. ETC's hyperbaric chambers remain the leader in providing a patient friendly pressurization alternative (Smooth Ride(TM)) that minimizes complications due to middle ear and sinus barotraumas without increasing compression time. In addition to their regular use in clinical treatments at medical facilities around the world, ETC's hyperbaric chambers are routinely involved in research on new indications for which Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) holds promise.

ETC prides itself on being a leader in the manufacture, installation, and service of computerized hyperbaric chamber systems. ETC first computerized monoplace unit was released in 1987 and we continue to be the only manufacturer of a time-proven computerized monoplace hyperbaric chamber.
