West Chester, PA (PRWEB) May 22, 2013

Envera announced today that Michael McErlean has joined the company as Fermentation Manager. Mr. McErlean has an extensive background in cell production and served in a variety of leadership positions throughout his career.

Mike Matheny, President and Owner of Envera stated, “We are very pleased to have Mike join our team”. “Mike’s background is perfectly suited to oversee our newly installed large scale fermentation and downstream processing equipment”, added Matheny. “Mike’s hands on experience optimizing production protocols, establishing preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment is exactly what we need for this stage of Envera’s growth”, concluded Matheny.

Mr. McErlean holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Millersville University. Mike’s professional career includes 18 years of experience divided between Centocor, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and Fibrocell Science.
