business development executive, Mr. Westbrook -- who has more than 17 years of industry experience -- will focus on creating new sales channels and building client and industry relationships in support of the Company's strategic growth objectives.

Prior to his role as CEO of Bio Research, Mr. Westbrook served as Regional Manager of Business Development for Laboratory Corporation of America, where he led business acquisition and direct sales efforts for the Northern California and Northern Nevada business unit. During his tenure, he retained more than 85 percent of all business acquired and achieved $40 million in annual sales. In previous positions, Mr. Westbrook was Vice President of Sales for Bio.com and Area Business Manager, Greater Bay Area Region for SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories (now Quest Diagnostics). He also held senior sales and management positions with Physicians Clinical Laboratories/Bio-Cypher Clinical Laboratories and MetWest/Unilab.
