La reprise de cotation fera suite au jugement définitif d'homologation par le Tribunal de Commerce de Mont de Marsan, en septembre 2013, des protocoles d'accord de conciliation signés avec les partenaires du Groupe au terme des négociations menées depuis plus de 5 mois.

Pour une meilleure performance et visibilité, le Groupe a décidé de se recentrer sur ses métiers historiques.

Apport de nouveaux fonds par les partenaires clés et aménagements des prêts existant

L'actionnaire de référence, Crédit Suisse Europlasma SPV LLC et le propriétaire de l'usine CHO Morcenx ont réitéré leur confiance et leur soutien au Groupe avec :

  • l'aménagement des contrats de prêts souscrits en décembre 2012

Le terme du remboursement de l'avance de 2,7 M€ accordée par le partenaire CHO Morcenx à CHO Power, libérée à hauteur de 2M€, a été porté à juillet 2014 (contre juin 2013).

Le prêt relais de Crédit Suisse Europlasma SPV LLC a été limité aux 2 M€ versés sur les 4 M€ prévus au contrat, et sa rémunération en intérêts a été abaissée à 8%, portée rétroactivement à 12% à l'obtention de la « Take Over Date ».

  • la mise en place d'un nouveau financement par les partenaires financiers du Groupe

Crédit Suisse Europlasma SPV LLC et CHO Morcenx SAS ont, sur une base pari passu, accordé à CHO Power SAS un prêt d'un montant de 4,56 M€, au taux de 8%, rétroactivement porté à 12% à l'obtention de la
