Dyadic International Announces Date of Second Quarter 2011 Financial Results Release and Conference Call

(OTC Pink: DYAI), a global biotechnology company, today announced that it will report its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011 after market close on Thursday, August 4, 2011 and will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss those financial results.
