Direct Drive Rotary Tables with Large Apertures from IntelLiDrives
Date:1/8/2013

s up to 0.16 arc sec. The motor and ring encoder are directly coupled to a rotating shaft. The absence of gear trains and mechanical couplings eliminates position errors caused by hysteresis, windup or backlash. As a result, accuracy of ±10 arc-sec and bi-directional repeatability of ±1 arc-sec are attainable.

Applications for the AccuRings include single and multi-axis laser testing, antenna testing, inertial navigation device testing, photonic component alignment, high-accuracy laser machining and precision wafer inspection. These rotary stages can also be configured as multi-axis gimbals.

IntelLiDrives, Inc. also offers a wide range of servo amplifiers and advanced controllers to provide a complete, integrated package.

Main features of the AccuRing Rotary tables Series:

•low profile
•high resolution
•precision bearings
•large center aperture
•direct drive brushless motor
•can be mounted in any orientation

AccuRing Rotary Tables Specifications:

•torque up to 1,000 Nm
•resolution to 1 arc-sec
•speed 200 rpm
•accuracy 10 arc-sec
•table height 100 mm
