Acquisition Expands Decision Resources, Inc.'s Portfolio to Include Global

Physician and Consumer Digital Market Research

WALTHAM, Mass. and NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Decision Resources, Inc., one of the world's leading research and advisory firms focusing on healthcare insights and analysis, announced today that it acquired Manhattan Research, a leading provider of access to physician and consumer opinions on the global healthcare market. The acquisition of New York, NY-based Manhattan Research by Waltham, MA-based Decision Resources, Inc. will result in a significant expansion of Decision Resources, Inc.'s portfolio of premier market research and data businesses for the healthcare industry and give Decision Resources, Inc. a larger footprint in the consumer market research arena.

Manhattan Research's focus on physician and consumer use of information technology, including next generation digital media such as social networking, blogs, podcasts, and Web 2.0, sets the firm apart in the industry.
