DNA 11, Creators of DNA Art, Opens First Pop-up Gallery

The DNA 11 House Provides A Modern Venue to View, Customize, and Purchase One-of-A-Kind Art Pieces in Southern California.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 25, 2009 -- DNA 11, the innovators and creators of custom portraits made from customers' DNA, has announced the opening of its first pop-up gallery called the DNA 11 House. The gallery also marks the first location on the West Coast where authentic DNA 11 art will be on display and available for purchase. The DNA 11 House is located at 218 6th Street, Hermosa Beach, California and open to the public by appointment only from February 25 through April 1, 2009.

The DNA 11 House offers guests a modern yet intimate setting to select, customize and buy one-of-a-kind DNA 11 art pieces including DNA Portraits™, Fingerprint Portraits™ and Kiss Portraits™. DNA 11 co-founder Adrian Salamunovic will be on-site to walk visitors through the House and further explain the creation process of DNA art.

"We are excited to be opening our first DNA 11 House because it is more than just a gallery showcasing our artwork, but an ideal venue for people to learn about the customization process of making art pieces that redefine the modern day self-portrait," says Adrian Salamunovic, co-founder of DNA 11. "DNA 11 continues to cultivate a strong following here in California so it made perfect sense to open a location for our friends on the West Coast."

The new gallery is situated in a modern home designed by award-winning architectural firm XTEN. The house sits a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean and was constructed using the most innovative green technologies and materials available.
