DARA BioSciences to Present at the ROTH Growth Stock Conference

RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- DARA BioSciences, Inc. today announced that the Company will present at the ROTH 20th Annual Growth Stock Conference in Dana Point, CA on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 3:30pm Pacific.

After giving effect to the merger, DARA stockholders will hold 96.4% of the combined company's outstanding shares of common stock on a fully-diluted basis, and Point will change its name to DARA BioSciences, Inc. and be based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
