In this no-cost 1-hour interactive webinar, "Introduction to Scrum-Agile: 'What's in it for me?'”, the participants will get an overview of the fundamental principles and mechanics of Scrum, and thereby an understanding of the benefits of adopting Scrum Principles and Values in an organization.
