Commonwealth Care Alliance worked with The Gugenheim Group, LLC (http://www.thegugenheimgroup.com), who led the software search and selection process. Together, they will implement requirements for delivering an integrated solution, including medical management, enrollment and eligibility, single provider platform, and tools to enable and support the delivery of highly collaborative care.
