Coherent, Inc. Announces Termination of SEC Informal Inquiry

SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Coherent, Inc. (Nasdaq: COHR), today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has formally notified the Company that its investigation of Coherent's historical stock option granting practices has been terminated and that it will not recommend any enforcement action.
