"Raichem" (San Diego, CA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hemagen Diagnostics, Inc. (Columbia, MD). Raichem is a manufacturer of clinical diagnostic products focusing on clinical chemistry reagents, calibrators, and controls. "The acquisition of Raichem and its comprehensive line of chemistry reagents, will allow CLINIQA to expand its liquid reagent offerings while adding lyophilization and dry powder manufacturing capabilities," states Granger Haugh, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cliniqa Corporation.
