ClearObject CEO John McDonald Elected to Indiana India Business Council
Date:7/25/2018

John McDonald, CEO of ClearObject, an Internet of Things (IoT) Systems Innovator, joined the board of the Indiana India Business Council (IIBC), an advocacy group to strengthen economic ties between Indiana and India. Nominated and unanimously elected today by the current board of directors, McDonald joins an impressive roster of local and national business leaders from organizations such as Infosys, Indiana University, the U.S. Department of Commerce, Wipro, and Visit Indy to collaborate initiatives that advance economic development and social growth locally.

“It is my pleasure to welcome John McDonald wholeheartedly into the IIBC family,” said IIBC Founder & CEO Raju Chinthala. “He will be a great addition to our panel of board members. His experience and expertise in business and technology especially with respect to IoT (Internet of Things) will greatly benefit the business community.

The mission of the IIBC is to promote trade and investments and strengthen economic and commercial relationships between Indiana and India. The group acts as a direct liaison between business and government leaders to establish and expand a thriving customer base in Indian markets by providing access and resources that generate exports and economic growth. Since its inception, the IIBC have brought several partnerships to life that have built a stronger business community and empowered a vibrant economy. The board of directors also provides a forum for members to create constructive federal, state and local public policies that advance international trade.

“Indiana has quickly become a leader in the technology community,” said John McDonald, CEO of ClearObject. “I’m honored to be nominated to this board, and as more companies choose our state as headquarters or for additional office locations it will be fulfilling to help advocate on behalf of the tech community and Indiana overall as an innovation hub.”

ClearObject specializes in developing customized systems to bridge gaps between innovative ideas and constraints in existing technology within an organization. Because each company is unique, a one-size-fits-all approach is not an effective method to get work done, so ClearObject identifies new ways to specifically approach each organization’s obstacles.

The IIBC has been responsible for bringing several partnerships to life. All our partnerships are targeted to help build a stronger business community which in turn enables a vibrant economy.
