Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Harbin Tian Di Ren Medical Science and Technology Company ("TDR") and Harbin First Bio- Engineering Company Limited ("First"), the Company manufactures and distributes over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, which make up its major revenue source.
