China Cord Blood Corporation to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2011 Financial Results

HONG KONG, June 3, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Cord Blood Corporation (NYSE: CO) ("the Company") today announced its plan to release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal year 2011 on Friday, June 10, 2011, after market close in the US.  

The Company will hold a conference call at 8:00 a.m. ET on Monday, June 13, 2011 to discuss its financial performance and give a brief overview of the Company's recent developments, followed by a question and answer session.  Interested parties may access the audio webcast through the Company's IR website at http://ir.chinacordbloodcorp.com.
