China Cord Blood Corporation Files its Annual Report on Form 20-F

HONG KONG, July 31, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Cord Blood Corporation (NYSE: CO) ("CCBC" or the "Company"), China's leading provider of cord blood collection, laboratory testing, hematopoietic stem cell processing, and stem cell storage services, today announced that the Company has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 20-F, which included audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012.  The Form 20-F can be accessed by visiting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's website at http://www.sec.gov and also be found at the Investor Relations Section of CCBC's website at http://ir.chinacordbloodcorp.com.  CCBC will provide a hard copy of the Annual Report, including a complete set of audited financial statements, free of charge to its shareholders upon request.
